We pick you up at the hotel or airport and leave for Masai Mara National Reserve. We will have a stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for a short rest, then proceed to Masai Mara to arrive in good time for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, head out for a game drive until sunset, then return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, we leave for a full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch. The reserve is well known for its black-maned lions and is one of the few places where you have the chance to view the “Big 5”. The cheetahs are so used to people that they seek shelter from the hot sun under the safari vehicles and will even climb onto the roof to get a better view of their prospective prey. For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 species have been recorded here. At midday, you will break for lunch at the Mara River. Later, return for dinner and your overnight stay at the Lodge.

Day 3

Masai Mara National Reserve – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, you have the morning to spend at leisure. Later, you will leave for Lake Naivasha to arrive in good time for lunch and rest. You can spend the afternoon at leisure with an option to take a boat safari on the lake and to visit Crescent Island (at an extra cost). You will return for dinner and your overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4

Lake Naivasha – Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, you will leave for Amboseli National Park via Nairobi city with an optional stopover to buy some snacks. You will then proceed to Amboseli with views of the Athi Plains and arrive at the camp in good time for lunch and rest. Later, head out for an afternoon game drive to explore the Amboseli ecosystem. The backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro can be clearly seen in the evening hours before sunset and early morning before sunrise. You will have dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 5

Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, leave for a full-day game drive in the park which contains swamp grounds in which elephants and hippos bathe in abundance. A variety of plains game, antelopes, and birds can also be seen. You will also have a view of Mount Kilimanjaro’s peak if weather conditions permit. You will have lunch, dinner, and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6

Amboseli National Park – Nairobi

After breakfast, we leave for Nairobi to arrive in good time to be dropped off at the hotel or the airport.
