Depart to Lake Nakuru which is 2 hours from Nairobi. Upon arrival you will immediately venture into the park for game viewing searching for buffaloes , water bucks , baboons ,lions ,giraffe , hyenas.have lunch at the sarova lion hill buffet style.
after lunch activities include hiking, sand boaring ,white water rafting and boat rides as you enjoy the panoramic view of overlooking spectacular pink rimmed lake Nakuru that makes the better part of the afternoon. Depart and return to Nairobi arriving in the evening.

Rift Valley Escarpment and Game Viewing in Lake Nakuru National Park
The 160km drive from Nairobi passes through rolling farms of Kikuyu people before descending the escarpment into the dramatic landscape of the Rift Valley.
After lunch enjoy an afternoon game drive which focuses on the magnificent spectacle of thousands of flamingoes.
-0600hrs: Pick-up from your hotel in Nairobi and depart for Lake Nakuru National park via the scenic floor of the Great Rift Valley,
-1000hrs: Arrive at the Nakuru National park and proceed for a 2hr game drive.
Lake Nakuru’s claim to fame is anchored on its flamingo’s and the over 400 species of birds found here. The lake itself is a soda lake on the floor of the rift valley. The sight of the at times millions of flamingos is quite spectacular. From a distance the lake appears ringed in pink.
The Lake has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species- particularly the Rothschild Giraffe and the black and white rhino. Lions, waterbuck, buffalo and baboons are all residents’ here

-1430hrs: Further game drives then proceed to Nairobi. To arrive by 1830 hrs; drop off at your hotel where the day safari ends.
