When you get there
• All buses have a ramp for wheelchair access
• There is a free shuttle from the cruise terminal to Wafi Mall (main starting point); this is provided exclusively to cruise passengers, in season
• You can change between the Green Route and Red Route at the Dubai Mall and from the Green Route to the Blue Route at the Mall of the Emirates
• Buses depart from Wafi Mall and Deira City Center from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day
• Buses run every 20 minutes on the City Tour (Red Route) and Marina Tour (Blue Route) and every 15 minutes on the Beach Tour (Green Route)
•There is audio commentary available in English, Arabic, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Hindi, Farsi, Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese
