Tawi Lodge amboseli is located on the private Tawi Conservancy, just five minutes from Kimana Gate, which is the eastern entrance to Amboseli National Park, at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. The luxury lodge is a favorite choice for guests who want to experience Africa’s wild savannah at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Free wi-fi is available.

The lodge consists of 13 ideally located cottages, on bush land, facing Kilimanjaro. The Tawi style is a subtle blend of ultra-modern comfort and African tradition. Each luxurious and private double or twin cottage has its own wooden-deck veranda, a fabulous view of the Kilimanjaro. En-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath and shower, a fireplace and a minibar are some of the features found in the rooms.

The bar and dining area is the central point of Tawi Lodge. From there, under the shade of enormous trees, guests have an extensive view of Kilimanjaro and the wetlands where the animals come to drink and play as they savour fine cuisine grown in the Amboseli wetlands. Guests can also relax by the campfire, or at the bush bar, and listen to the magical sounds of the African bush- all this under the spectacular African sky. Onsite also is a relaxing massage area with a hot bath, 2 bars and a cellar with a selection of fine wines.

Tawi Lodge has 4×4 Land cruisers and with passionate driving guides who get to take guests round Amboseli National Park on game drives.

Mount Kilimanjaro and Lake Amboseli are in close proxity to Tawi Lodge.

Please note that booking rates are not inclusive of any Park entrance fees and of $25 Compulsory conservancy fee.
