Day 1: Nairobi – Sirimon Gate – Old Moses (3,300m)
Pick up from your hotel and drive to Sirimon Gate. Begin a 3-hour hike through the rainforest and bamboo zones. Overnight at Old Moses Camp for acclimatization.
Day 2: Old Moses – Shipton’s Camp (4,200m)
Trek through the Liki and Mackinder’s Valley. Enjoy panoramic views of the main peaks as you reach Shipton’s Camp at the base of the summit peaks.
Day 3: Summit Point Lenana – Old Moses
Pre-dawn summit attempt at 3:00 AM. Reach Point Lenana for sunrise. Descend via the Chogoria route to Shipton’s for breakfast and back down to Old Moses.
Day 4: Old Moses – Nairobi
After breakfast, descend to the gate to meet your transport vehicle for the return journey to Nairobi through lush tea plantations.
